SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JJ hair product. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Canada: 5-10 business days

United States: 7-14 business days

International: 14-21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on your location and local postal services. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD. This applies to orders shipped within Canada. International orders and expedited shipping options are not eligible for free shipping.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

JJ hair product is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors and around your property

Contact your local post office or carrier

Reach out to us at jjbarbershopltd@gmail.com if the issue is not resolved within 3 business days

JJ hair product is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

DAMAGES

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at jjbarbershopltd@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

I had such a wonderful experience today. I brought my two boys who are 8 and 5 and they came out looking handsome and sharp with their new haircuts. The barbershop is quite clean and full of friendly faces. It is a family run business so I am sure there is lots of camraderie. They did such an excellent job on the cut. They had a football table and allowed our kids to play with it while waiting for the other to get their cut. I also noticed you could win a free haircut if you can stop a timer at 10 seconds on the nose. All in all, it was such a great experience, we live in North Calgary but would not hesitate to go all the way South for this experience. My husband is likely going to go next week now too. They are skilled, professional and kind people!

Jeff is the best, no question. I've been getting my haircuts from him for well over a decade, ever since I was a kid. I’ve followed him across three different locations as his career grew. Even when I moved four hours away, I still made the trip back just to sit in his chair. He's just that good.

More than just being a highly skilled barber, Jeff is an incredible human being - knowledgeable, engaging, and kind above all else. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Joseph is an amazing hairstylist. He is professional, friendly, and really pays attention to detail. He listens carefully to what you want and makes sure the result looks great. I’ve been seeing Jeff since I was 12 years old and now I’m 22 and I’ve gone to Jeff every single time for a haircut even though it’s not always Jeff that cuts my hair; his apprentices or who he trains directly do a phenomenal job which is crazy because I’m extremely anal about my hair and because ive had some bad experiences when I was a kid. I live in Williams Lake which is a 6-7 hour drive away and I still drive to the Barbershop every single time because it’s that awesome. Could not recommend enough about this place. Awesome Barber and great guy. Shoutout to Jeff!

Jeff has cut my hair for years.
It is always a pleasure visiting this business.
As we travel a lot, I have come back with less than stellar cuts but somehow Jeff makes me look presentable until it grows out and it is all Jeff’s fantastic cut again. Thank you Jeff.
His talent coupled with the conversation makes getting a hair cut most enjoyable.
